Default Local T5 source?

Is there any local sources for T5 HO lighting? I know Pisces carries some, but I don't think they have many if any selection of sizes other than 48"?

Thanks, Walter

Hey Walter,

You can try the guys down at "Quick Grow Hydroponics", 1204 Edmonton Tr N.E.. They have T5 lighting in there in both 36" and 48" length. I believe that they are only 6400K not 10K. Price is right if they have the ones you want.

They actually have them in 24" as well. it is a very cool unit- the ballast is built into the holder. They have a 48" HO 54W but the smaller ones are just T5 NO.
They also have a 50 W self ballasted CF in a medium base that is cool.

Any idea what prices they are? I'm looking for 36 & 48 inch for a freshwater tank.

Cheers,
Vic [veng68]
