aquarium fish collection limit on west side of hawaii

Just came across this information. State of Hawaii department of land and natural resources passed a law several days ago limiting aquarium fish collection on the west side of the big island. There is a white list of 40 fish species in the law. There is also a size and number of specimen collection limit on 3 popular aquarium fish from HI, yellow tang, kole tang and achilles tang.
