LF tank between 15-25g long and someone to drill for overflow

As the title says, I'm looking for a small sized tank that's not longer than 22" that is drilled for an overflow or if you could drill it for me I would gladly pay. Also looking for someone who could drill a tank for me, any suggestions on any suggestions on a place to get a tank drilled here in Calgary.
