LF sump skimmer and lighting and a return pump

My tank is a 40g so I need a sump skimmer return pump and looking for LED lighting. It's gonna be a reef tank so pretty strong lighting. Also the tank is 26 inches in length and 15 inches wide and 24 inches deep so maybe a 24 inch light would be the beat way to go
