![]() So today I went to creatures and picked up a bag of there finer crushed coral substrate that I was going to put in my tank. But I went to rinse it and bits of dirt and plastic rose to the surface. Any suggestions on what I should do with this stuff? Is it safe for the tank if I rinse it well, or is it useless?
Thanks |

![]() ThE bag I bought last year was plenty dirty too, and had like pieces of plastic gunny sack in it.. The same stuff the shipping bag was made from.
I doubt there is anything wrong with it, it's just not cleaned up like some of the higher priced brands. Gor the price I paid for mine I was happy to do a little extra cleaning.
