How many fish in a 50?? :)

Here's my list so far

sailfin tang
powder blue tang
2 x yellow tang
emporer angel
3 x anthias
3x clown
asst damsel
2x chromis
pesky goby

Ok, a bit overstocked. No skimmer, so what do ya think would be a good water change schedule?
