![]() For water flow in my 26G bow front I have a Koralia nano 425 on the left side near the bottom directed into the LR on the right side near the top I have an AC30 power head the water is deflected to the surface it is dialed back to it's lowest setting.
I was thinking of pulling the AC30 out and buying a second Koralia nano 425 and putting it on near where the AC30 is. Is this enough flow what is the recommended position and number of power heads for a 26G nano tank ? I have 1 leather coral and plan on adding a green toad stool and probably a colt. ![]()

![]() The AC30 at low is rated for about a 15g tank. The soft corals you already have and plan to put in the tank require fairly low flow. I'd keep the AC30, which has an adjustable head. You can point it in any direction and increase the flow if necessary. But, more likely, you might need to keep the flow as low as it currently is so you don't stress your soft corals.
The soft corals you have do not want to be blown around by a powerhead. |
