You have to upload the images to an HTTP server in order to include them in your posts. Luckily Canreef happens to be one, and Titus has given us access to it via the Photo Gallery at the top right. Just follow the clicks to upload an image (GIF or JPEG would be the best option), and then right-click the uploaded image, copy the URL and paste it between [img] tags.
