sure grip magnet disaster
Switched out a powerhead today and pulled out an upgraded MJ12 with a sure grip magnet on it...
The tank side of the magnet had "burst" and there was rust and who knows what other contaminants leaching into my tank... I had never heard of this happening before so I thought Id pass it along for those of you who use these.
