Threads re opened

After direct talks with Titus the board owner we have taken assurance in re opening our threads to the Can reef members.

Please note however that we will not enter into any discussion regarding company distribution policies or pricings, these posts will be removed.

It is rare for a distributor to open themselves up to the public for such close scrutiny (we are THE ONLY genuine distributor only company on Can Reef) and up until recently we felt this was a positive move and just plain good to be open, this of late has been abused, and therefore led to posts being closed and being made "info only"

We will review how things go in the next few weeks.

In regards to Bubble magus pricing, we have asked BM if the MAP can be lowered slightly to match the prices we have seen advertised here as "black market supply" BM have not overly agreed as this leads to serious price wars, and BM are firm on the fact they are not going to allow this issue resurface.

But as there is very little difference in price we will allow dealers to "match" but only to this current level and we will of course honour this our end to our dealers (lot of fuss over $10 really) So everyone has access to BM from genuine supply chains supported by BM and also without having to spend more. Our largest shipment comes in around the 20th June and dealers already are lining up to pre order so you all will have ample BM supported routes to get the product from.

We will also have the latest NAC3 ( the NAC3.5) here in 3 weeks so PLEASE hold off for now until this baby arrives so you get only the latest version and cone to boot

OOOOOh, didn't realize Bubble Magus made any external skimmers...come on Mike..why did you not point me in this direction, you being the User of all Skimmers!

Aqua-Digital Can you PM me pricing on the BM-160E? I think that or the next one up would be great for my tank...it's a 300g that will be Tang happy! And an SPS, LPS mixed reef.

Dont worry i can give you a rough estimate here.

This unit has not been brought in by us as yet, not saying we cant get it for you of course direct from BM via a preffered authorised retailer. I would have to get a shipping quote for you. (that does not effect your price its for us to make sure its not costing us )

Based on the calculations on BM's latest MAP list and similar priced units i think you would be looking at around the same price as the BM220cs taking into account this baby does near as the same water volume.
