Default new reactor pics

Yes this one is HUGE! It kinda is a bit excessive in size as far as the media storage goes but it guarantees that I won't need to build a bigger one anytime soon.

The pics show the reactor with 4 containers ARM so it is currently holding 32lbs of media and could hold about 1 more. It's a larger copy of DJ88's new design with some modifications.
Mod#1. Bulkheads used.
Mod#2 Lower base plate is held in place using plastic screws instead of glue to be removeable. It's allready helped because my plumbing cracked the other night sending 5ish gallon's of water on the floor
Mod#3. Larger size
Mod#4. No "Fancy" venturi thingy needed. Still pulls water for a dependable gravity feed.
Mod#5. 4 piece lower part of the flange. this was purely to save on cost as the top flange material is 3/8's acrylic and it's 12"x17" so it was much cheeper to make a 4 piece lower flange and a 1 piece upper. Just needed better joints.

Anyway here are some pics.
Let me know if you have any quesitons.

Oh the flange sealing material is Natural Rubber. It was the most pliable material I could find and was kind expensive but it work's well. I also started with 16 screws on the flange and added another 16 for a total of 32 screws. Just wasn't happy with 16
