extra co2 in the room? should I be concerned

Well my dad decided to forment his wine in the same room as my tank. I am not able to check on the tank much since I live elsewhere now. PH has dropped about .1-2. Should I be worried about this and get the wine the hell out of there? The room is just one big co2 tank.. there are about 150 gallons of grapes.
