Just purchased 2 corals and have an older one, but cannot find much info with the names I was given.

SPS pic: Was called Hidnophora I think. Is this the correct name? LPS-Red button coral: Again, is this the correct name? LPS-Acan: This has been referred to as a Blastomussa and a type of Acan. Is this either one of those? Many thanks and happy New Year reefers! Last edited by newreefer_59; 01-04-2010 at 06:10 PM. |

Hydnophora, Red Open Brain, and Acan. (not Blastomussa)

			 #2: It's a Trachyphyllia geoffroyi, I believe, not a Lobo.

Yes, a couple of times a week after the lights turn off. |
