LF: Dart seal kit, Lower Mainland

Does anyone have for sale, or know where to get a seal kit for a Dart pump locally.

I've been trying to get one from the manufacturer, but that's not working out so well. I ordered and paid for a kit the beginning of November, but I still don't have it. The 2 emails I've sent to find out what's happened have gone un-answered.
