![]() I have two large monti cap colony's in my tank, one orange and one green. Every since starting some select Zeo products they have both started loosing color and are lookin pretty bad. I'm not sure if that is coincidence or not but I did hear from someone that monti's don't do well with some Zeo products. Can anyone confirm this? I want to continue with Zeo and just cut back or stop the use of whatever it is that the monti's don't like.
Currently using X-tra B-balance Sponge power Stylo glow AA Coral snow K-balance (but when the last bottle ran out I started dosing for potassuim with Taylored Aquatics). Any help is appreciated I've had these monti's for years ![]() |

![]() hey Mike, I would cut back on the k+ (potassium) and this should help them color up abit.
when i was overdsoing the K+ I noticed that certain montis, lost alot of color, while others did well. I rarely dose k+ now and all monitis look fine. and that K+ test kit must be the hardest test kit to read for a reading ahaha. |
