Default looking for a light 70 w viper

My son approached me tonight asking me to have a salt water tank. But he wants to use the spare 5 gal tank to use. I have the rock and the water, heater, just need a light I would like to get him into a 10 gal at least. But his heart is set on the 5 gal so Im looking for a 70 w viper to use on the tank

I know you're probably looking for a used one but I know Ocean Aquatics carries them.
