LF Live rock (Edm)

I am setting up the beginnings of a 20g tank.
I am looking for 5-10 lbs of live rock from an established, aipista free, tank. I wouldn't mind a cup or two of Live sand either to kick start things.
I can pay, or I have a few freshwater fish/snails I can trade.
