Number one don't put fish ,crab, or shrimp in as they only need a few days to eat all your pods. I have my refugium above my tank so the pods don't get mashed going through the pump.

![]() Can you silicon plexi glass baffles to a glass tank? Or am I better off to get glass cut?

You can but Acrylic expands a bit when it heats up so leave a bit of room or it could snap your glass. It might not be as durable as glass but is possible most overflows are plexy and glued in.
