![]() I recently lost an RTN battle with one of my acros. During the process I used my coral cutters to frag it to try to save a piece (unsuccessfully). What is the best way to disinfect my cutters. I'm worried about transferring a bacterial infection to another coral the next time I frag.

![]() If you use bleach make sure you don't leave them to soak for more than a few minutes or you'll "rust" out the rivet that holds the two pieces together (in my experience anyways).

![]() ......and as far disinfecting I hold under water for 2 seconds to knock the big chunks of rust off ...never had a problem yet, but most of the time I use my hands.
