Id Please

Can someone help with ID on this "worm"/??? Please. It has 2 tenticles that come out of its head. Pure white. You can somewhat tell its shape if you zoom the photo. It is obsessed with my clove polyps at the moment. Dont know if they are eating them or just "cleaning up"?? Kind of looks like a slug but not really....
Pic is not that good on photobucket. If you think you know and would like a better pic I can email it to you.

I dont know what it is... but I reccommend you use some tweezers and pull it out, maybe put it in a separate container until you ID it. It may be a nuisance...
