![]() hi kim.
katie and i were at alan and margret's place tonight and this is one of the options that we threw in the pot for the meeting. Katie has a gentleman from here work(telus)that is organizing a large lobster rost for telus, or something like that. anyway we/katie can get lobsters for $7.00 each but we need to get one dozen per order. As you all ready have plans for dinner i dont expect you to change them but the idea was brought up. If this sounds doable for you and everyone than we can see what can be done. MMMMM lobster quite an interesting meal for the fish boys wouldnt you say so ;) If the dinnerplans stay as they are then kate and i would be more than happy to bring spinich dip and bread if people have the craving for such an item. It is nice to see it a little later as katie and i wont be there till 6 ish. cheers. |

![]() Mmmm... Lobsterrrr...
Mmmm... Spinnnach diiiip... We would be happy to go either way - burgers or lobsters. The kids will prefer hot dogs. Lobster does sound like fun, and kind of "fishy." Whatever Kim and Celia think is appropriate. Of course we would pitch in for lobster, seeing as the cost is slightly more than burgers and dogs. Alan |

I will run the Lobster idea by Celia. Spinach Dip is always popular. |

![]() I know now is probably the best time for Lobster, but I would like to keep the meeting as a BBQ - burgers, hotdogs, etc.
If you would like to bring some Lobster I am sure we can cook it up for anyone who wants. I don't have a big pot or the tools to crack the shells so that will also have to come over to my home too. In preparation I will be doing a couple of water changes this week so I will have enough saltwater to cook the Lobster. :D |

![]() Ummm.....
I received a phone call yesterday (Monday) that my appointment for having my wisdom teeth removed has been advanced to THIS Friday...(from July 17th) I'm presently doing up my last will and testament... So if you guys want dibs on any of my stuff...... Em has first pick...(I still owe her a decent pair of doors) Can I pick up the Mysis before Friday from you Tony? (If my fish don't like the stuff, then they're not hungry enough, and I'll give them a good spanking until they eat it!) So please have lobster soup in a straw ready, Kim... hopefully I'll have one of those wonderful "had my wisdom teeth out and didn't bother me a bit" stories and I will still make the meeting. - But at my age...(39)... Mitch  |

![]() Doing quite well. It has grown about 1/2" (so that's about a 50% increase ). It also has grown several new growing tips, so in another month or so it will noticeably be more branchy.
I actually just had to glue it down, all my frags are on loose rubble. I broke down and bought the baby sailfin blenny from Danny that I just instantly fell in love with ... and he decided that the birdnests frag made an excellent door for his burrow! It was really funny actually, watching the birdnests frag suddently scoot to the left, a fish emerges, then replaces the frag right where it came from ... the frag didn't seem to care, but I thought it better to keep it from moving around so I replaced Mr. Blenny's "door" with a similar shaped rock (one withOUT a frag attached to it). I haven't bought a fish in well over two years. It's very weird, suddenly having a thing with a personality (I admit it, I'm a coral gardener first. I look for fish I can keep with my corals, instead of looking for corals I can keep with my fish. To each their own! :D ) |
