Has anyone tried Voltarc VHO bulbs?

I was searching the net and came across these alternate bulbs over aquariums.
Comparing the spectral output of the 10k bulbs seem more blue then URI's Aquasun which has a pink look. I am just wondering has anyone tried these bulbs. Supposedly they supply Hamilton for their VHO retros.
