![]() I was going to mention that aswell, but i figured it might have just been added to the tank since the acros are 'new'. Both my squamosa and crocea gaped for the first few hours after I put them in the tank.

![]() It's a stress response in clams. The shells are open, the mantle is extended less than it should be, and the inhalant siphon looks more "open" than it should be. In extreme cases the mantle can be pulled in.
