Fish, Coral, & Livrock - YYC

Sadly looking to get out of the hobby. Moved and while i got everything brought over and setup last year I had some losses and just haven't found hte time or cash to rebuild.

I don't have a solid grasp on what things are worth as it's been ages since i've paid attention. So if my suggested prices are out to lunch just make an offer that's fair. I don't want to get rich off this stuff, nor do I want to simply give it away. Looking for a win-win

So:
About 80ish lbs of liverock. Pest free, full of pods and other life - $200 for the lot?
1 Med foxface rabbitfish - $50ish - never had Ich and came from Gold's so through their Q program
1 largeish ocellaris clown - free to good home.
1 softball to grapefruit sized Acan colony - make me an offer. This is big with dozens of heads
1 fist sized rock covered in Zoa's.

Gorgonian died, and there's a plating soft coral behind it that I bleached and is on its way out that someone can have for free if they're buying something else - maybe you can get it back?
