Weld-On at canadian tire??/

I remember searching here the other day (now of course I can't find the post). Someone mentioned weldon 4 was sold at Canadian tire, or any auto parts stores.

I think me and the staff of the 4 Crappy tire's I visited yesterday would like to know... Where in the store is it? And no auto value, bumper to bumper don't seem to carry it either.
