Looking for 450+ Tank

Looking for a 450+ Gallon tank with sump, plumbing and stand.
Looking to use it for freshwater (I know this is a saltwater forum but you folks seem to be the only ones with large tanks lol)
If you require the saltwater components sold as a package with the tank that is fine too.

Preferably in Edmonton or close by, or if delivery is available.
