LF - sand / crushed coral in Calgary

I am starting a 20gal tank and would love some live substrate to cover the bottom and/or a piece of live rock to start my dead rock with. I would like to head out tomorrow to pick some things up so please message me with your price.

Thank you very much for your offer. I ended up getting live sand from another member here, and buying live rock from Golds. I should have updated this thread.
