Can it be set lower than 25c?

It can be set for cooling for heating, +/- 1 or more, F/C, and can keep the temp as low or high as you want. I purchased them new from Ranco and had them do the wiring. I use them in my salt, fresh and pools. I have never had any problems keeping the temps between 76 and 84 +/- 1F.
