Turbo Snail Strange growth ID please

This Turbo snail has a lot going on in his life. One of my RBTA split off and has been living on his shell for a week now. Interestingly enough I found something else on his shell today. Could someone please ID this thing for me? Thanks

This thing has a long white webbed tongue. It shoots out every few seconds. Does anyone know what this is ? and is it safe for my tank ?
