Default wh7 wiring for 2 75w vho`s

Here we go again, I need help with this new ballast. I`m using icecap type water proof ends and don`t understand fulhams wiring description. Can someone (Steve) please tell me how this goes. Thanks

two red wires to each bulb and then split the yellow wire into 4(so add 4 wires to it) and then two of the yellows go to the other end of each bulb.

I have a pic somewhere I will find it and post it later.
