Hitchhiker

Cycling my first 30 gallon saltwater tank and found this little guy in the rocks. I was told to put him in the sump as he may eat small fish and corals and since I don't know what he is. Anyone have an idea what he is? Just curiosity now before I try to catch the little bugger. Thanks.
