![]() I was in bed sleeping this morning and heard a pop from my tank downstairs then a humming noise. Ran down and found one of my heaters had popped it's top. Turn things off and removed it. Wasn't in there more than a couple minutes and all livestock seems fine. I changed out my carbon to get anything that might have come from the heater.
Should I be doing anything else? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

![]() Glass heater?
I switched to all titanium heaters last winter as I have heard of it happening, been pretty happy so far.

![]() It was a titanium heater. The very top plastic part where the electrical cord goes into the body is the part that popped off and exposed bare electrical wire. The actual heater element section is intact.
