Hi, its good se another another canadian forum. I usually post on a UK and one from the states. Anyway, My tank has been up for about 10 months now and I am adding 2 175 watt MH's tonite, with a berlin turbo next week or the week after(soon as it comes in the mail) For lighting I also have 4 40 watt actinic tubes, 2 18k and 2 20 k. I will be having 1 6.5k mh and a sunburst. This should hopefully give me a good range of color temp. My tank is 90 gallons 48(length) by 24(deep) by 18(front to back).
My inhabitents are 1 Naso Tang, 1 Maroon Clown, 1 Yellow Tang, 2 green chromis, 70 pounds of LR, buncha snails, worms, crabs and weird little creepy crawler swimmer things. I also run a 20 gallon sump/refuge with a DSB on reverse lighting with 20 watt flow grostrip light, to balance PH.
My question is since I'll be getting my first few corals in the nest month or so. Are there any I should shy away from due to not enough light or whatever other reason?
I'll leave a picture I of my tank. bTW I am big into DIY, ALl ighting, sump and stand is DIY.
