Which lighting fixture should I buy?

Hello all,
I am currently in the process of re setting up my 125 gal fowlr. I want to buy a new lighting fixture, and am considering the following:

72" 4x80W T5 fixture:

72" 52x3W LED fixture:

72" 400x0.2W LED fixture:

I don't need or want anything too expensive, as this is not a reef tank BUT I was just wondering if any of these fixtures would be able to support easy corals like mushrooms?

So which one should I get IYO? If you know of any better fixtures below $200 please mention those as well
