Unhappy Frogspawn

Can someone suugest what I might do to help my frogspawn? One of the sections does not want to fully extend throughout the day.....help!!!!

I would check the flow that is hitting the one branch. Too Strong and it will stay closed. Also if everything else is fine then something must be bugging it.
Look for sources that may be irritating that branch.
