Return Pump

Hi Everyone,

Based on experience can someone recommend a good external return pump ? I am not really getting a good return rate from my current one... it's pretty old and probably on it's way to bite the dust.

Display is 150 gl with Herbie overflow. I need something fairly quiet since my stand has no doors.
