![]() Pros, nice looking bucket.
Cons, way too expensive and Ca is somewhere over 500ppm. What's wrong with the IO?

![]() I wouldnt say anything is wrong with it as i personally have had no problems. I have read mixed reviews with it though. The fish store had recommended it and it instead of buying additives and seemed like it was good so i figured i would give it a try. It was about 4$ more than instant ocean. I paid 30$ for enough to do 50 gallons

![]() Not sure where you're buying salt, but the fluval here is almost double IO. And using IO, I add 25g of Ca to my 50g new water, which costs me about $18 for a year and a half of Ca.
Honestly, if IO is working, leave it alone. The fish store is pushing fluval due to pressure from the sales rep. And probably higher profits.

I think it is the best salt out there hands down. When you look at how salt is made salinity is bucket by bucket comparable |
