Default Where to get a tank drilled?

I may be getting a 30-40gallon tank for free soon... and I was thinking about drilling the bottom of that tank, and connecting it to my current cycling 30 gallon. Assuming of course that the tank is not tempered. Where's the best place to get a tank drilled? and how much does it generally cost?

AI does it for $20/hole. I did my Oceanic myself with a dremmel! You can also go and buy the diamond hole saw for like $100 and do it that way.
