I have 2 and a controller to make them dim if you are interested. I think one icecap works and the other not sure if the fuse is gone but I just want them gone.

I can ship the controller and 2 ice cap ballast (1 working for sure) $110 shipped

let me know. I need to get rid of them together cause they are modified for the dimming function on the solar 1000

reason I don't need them is I went LEDs instead

powered 4 VHO's...

I believe it has 2 660's in it...
