92 Gallon Corner tank setup- Airdrie

Selling my 92 Gallon corner setup. Live rock is to be sold and then part out unless package deal.
-Approx 80 of CaCo3 dry rock in system, been in tank for 1.5 years
-Euroreef RS100 skimmer (body is 6 years old but new pump & impeller 1.5 years ago) skims well and no issues
-Hagen GLO 36" T5HO 2 blub setup light
-2 two little fishes reactors (standard size, 1 year old)
-Mag 7 Return pump (1.5 years old)
-Glass top
-approx 15 gallon sump "L" shaped with refuge
-lots of misc heaters, powerheads, supplies (carbon, chemicals, cleaning magnets, frag tools, timers, 2 powerbars with timers-display), 2 bags salt
-Sybon refractometer

$600 takes all including rock. Out of town next few weeks so Wednesday at the latest till I get back. Keep in mind this tank sells for $1200 new in the stores undrilled and no sump!

Rock is sold,

Tank is being cleaned and drained.

$450 for a great setup. Everything hardware you need.

-Tank is in excellent condition, stand has been reinforced (very solid- better then new)
-Mag 7 return pump 1.5 years old
-36" Hagen GLO T5HO dual bulb light
-Glass top
-Sand (medium bottom of tank, fine for deep sand in sump)
-3 powerheads (2, 1.5 years hold. 1050gph korillas)
-2 reactors, two little fishes (1.5 years old)
-Euro reef skimmer (pump and arreator 1.5 years old)
-3 heaters
-lots of frag tools, supplies...
-Sybon refractometer.
