I have these wire poly growing all over my rock, i think they come in with some a coral i brought from Gold and now it spread all over my tank. Does any know how to get rid of them or something that will eat them all?

they are blue clove polyps and finding anything to eat them aint gonna happen , worse news is getting rid of them aint easy.

fluke tabs are hard to aquire but work well......needs to be done with caution though.

honestly your prob not gonna get rid of them if you dont use fluke tabs.

I think a tiger cowrie will eat them. But it will also at many other things you may not want it to.

Not sure they are blue clove polyp. Are they blue or are they kind of beige or brown?

I have a lot of them popping out of a rock and they do look a bit like clove but they are not blue. I let them be, they are not looking bad.

I am sure that there are some people out there that like them and may trade you rock if it was contained to a few peices...

If you had small amounts you could epoxy over them

I have them too. They dont go away, they smother zoas, some SPS, sides of your tank, sandbed etc... I've learned to live with them even though i've thought about taking my tank down in those frustrating times dealing with them. Some SPS and LPS do kill them though. I feel your pain. Good luck

+1. Once you have them you're pretty much stuck with them. Fluke tabs will take them out, worked for me, but yes getting them might be a problem.
