![]() I have this beautiful purple coralline algae and over the last 2 days parts of it are turning a very pretty green.
Has anyone heard of it? I'm currently merging the contents of my QT tank with my reef and noticed this. Is it anything I should be concerned about?

![]() Any inkling what might cause this?
I understand that coralline can turn green and blue but I thought that was before turning purple. This is a bright green over the purple. Anyone, please? ![]()

![]() Coralline algae comes in a rainbow of colors. So the green on purple could be two different color forms of coralline algae, or possibly another type of green algae all together. A clear picture will really help out.
