Default FS- TEK T5 fixture, 36" x 6 bulb - Strathmore
The ballasts and switches work fine. Also comes with moonlights. The bulbs are 12 months old.

Sorry, no legs but I will throw in the ceiling hooks and chains I used to suspend them.
