Skimz 181 pump issues

I'm looking for imput from anyone who's had issues with this skimmers pump. It's very speratic, the most minor calcium build ups, cause this pump to stop on it's own. I had issues with the pump from the start, but it was replaced under warranty, with the same pump. Replacement pump? Is there one out their?
