Default Do Angels eat Frogspawn? Torches? and the like?

Just curious if anyone has ever noticed an angel nipping at hammers, torches or frogspawns?

I have a majestic (I know... dumb), flame and coral beauty.

I also have NO zoas, brains, clams...

No, mine have never touched them. Brains, Clams and Zoa's are all fair game though.

mines never touched any of my coral, and I have everything from sps to softies. its a 50/50 shot for angels though.
Is yours nipping?

Well my branching corals don't seem to last very long even though most other stuff (including the few SPS I have) are fine.

Is kH a big factor for these guys? Mine's been a little low for awhile and I can't seem to get it back up (5-6ish)

Was just curious if it might be them as they've eaten almost everything else.

They've even gotten to my Gorgonians!

angels can go after any LPS corals you have.

It's a roll of the dice anytime you put one in a reef.

That being said I have a Flame and Bicolor angel in my reef.

I've seen angles eat torch coral before so yeah it's possible. Majestic's typically aren't too bad when they are smaller but as they mature can develop habits towards LPS coral but it varies. Flames IME are bad news but typically damage is minimized if the eating behavior is spread over many corals.

They most prefer brain corals but any LPS is at risk.
