Default LF Di add on section (Edm)

I have an RO unit and would like to add a DI component. If anyone has seen one let me know.

Hey Jason

I have an old brs carbon reactor that you should be able to convert to use as a di addition to your ro unit. Let me know it this would work for you.

I have a new brs reactor! How would I set it up to be a di section? Can I just add di resin and add it to my ro system?

You bet. I believe they are just RO/DI canisters. You may have to step the connections down from the stock 1/2" to 1/4" though.

This DI add-on is what I added to my system

You may want to contact BRS about using a carbon unit for DI as I see 2 different cartridge options on their site, but the DI unit I bought looks like it came with the Carbon cartridge in the link below

10” Refillable Cartridge for Catalytic Carbon

10" Clear Refillable Cartridge for DI Resin

Hey Jason I have just what you need for that DI add on and there is nothing wrong in adding one more chamber to you R/O unit. But any ways I have an extra one you can have and Steve at red coral has the DI cartridge you want for a good price and I can get you in contact with a local water company to get refills. Chat with you later.
