Default Black lights

Ok, I know that floressent black lights emit a lot of UV that may not be good for using as a night light, but..I have a incadessent blaks light here that dosent floress near as much as a floressent.. how much UV would the noremal incadessent bulbs produce? and would it be ok for moon lighting?
