Default VHO users: opinions on Aquasun and ActinicWhite?

Looking to change the lighting on one of my tanks.

The plan is just to bridge me over a period of about 6 months, since the eventual plan is to build a new system that everything can be moved to. But I need to do something about the geriatric bulbs over the current setup in the meantime, it's not gonna last 6 more months.

I'm coming off 2x250W Iwasaki's plus 2x110 actinic blue.

What I'd like to do is switch to 2x250W 14000K's, and then instead of actinic blues, use either Aquasun's, or Actinic Whites (or one of each) to take the edge off the blue.

Anyone use either of those two? Which do you like better?

I'm just throwing some ideas around in my head, and wanted to see what others are doing.

Thanks for any input.

Hey Tony,
I have actinic whites. They are pretty good, but I would like them a little more on the white side. But since you are using the 14000K halides they might work well. How about just using the 14000K and no other lights?

Thanks Mike. (Welcome back BTW!) I actually broke down and decided to stick with the blue actinics for now.

Now I'm dithering on whether I want to buy the 250w/14k's at $80 apiece or just put in the Radiums that I already have (just haven't decided whether I'm comfortable shoehorning two 400's over a 75g).
