More Icecap confusion/questions

Okay I found this, http://www.marinedepot.com/a_lt_fl_icecap660.asp
after looking at that and reading it, I have to wonder, can the ice cap run VHO at VHO levels just by changing some of the wires on the harness?

I imagin it will but I think doing that would void your warenty also.
