70 W halide just flickering... Starter?
I just finished modifying my BioCube 29 Hood with a 70W Halide retro from a fishneedit fixture. Kept both of the stock PC's, and upgraded the fans while I was at it... Going to look killer!
Anyways, everything works awesome aside from the halide. It just flickers like its going to come on for about 5 seconds then shuts off. Balast problem? Starter? Help meeeee!!

No, haven't tried another bulb yet. Maybe i'll go pick one up tomorrow. Anyone know who stocks a 70W in calgary?
